Looking for an alternative to the learner persona?
The Heroic Learner Profile is a story-driven tool that helps you more deeply understand and design for the goals, motivations, and conflicts (problems) of your learner.
In this lab we’ll introduce and explore this approach to thinking about, getting to know, and design experiences for your learner.
